Dr. Mary Clement is a primary care naturopathic physician and registered nurse.
As an ND, she attended the esteemed Bastyr University, one of only four colleges in the United States that offer a curriculum focusing on alternative health care such as homeopathy, botanical medicine and acupuncture while fulfilling the same requirements as traditional medical schools (cardiology, gynecology, oncology, endocrinology, etc.).
Dr. Clement pursued her love of homeopathy in further post-graduate training with world-renowned homeopathic experts including Dr. Paul Herschu, Dr. Rajan Sankaran, Jan Sholten and Louis Klein. She practices classical homeopathy; however, she also formulates and prescribes effective combination remedies. In addition to studying homeopathy, Dr. Clement has many continuing hours of education in neuroscience and brain chemistry as well as in heavy metal detoxification and chelation. She works closely with biological dentistry for safe amalgam removal and chelation.
In 2006, Dr. Clement sold her growing practice, Gig Harbor Naturopathic Medicine, and maintained a much smaller practice until her daughters entered college. As a primary care physician, she now specializes in various areas of practice; bio-identical hormones, thyroid balancing, weight issues and eating disorders, HCG weight loss, food and environmental allergy desensitization, homeopathy and emotional clearing, NET (Neuro-Emotional Technique) energetic spinal adjustments, and acute and chronic pain relief and cold laser.
