Payment Information
Fees for Services:
Initial Consult: $45 (available to new patients)
Initial Intake: $200 per hour (min. $200)
Follow Up: $200 per hour (min. $50)
Initial appointments average 1.5 to 2 hours and follow-ups vary from 15 to 45 minutes, depending on the individual. Paperwork should always be completed prior to your appointment so that Dr. Beck may begin on time. Your treatment plan may require lab tests to determine or monitor your health. The prices for these tests vary considerably. Due to the individualized nature of your treatment, there is no standard set of tests run on every patient. Fees for lab work are due at the time of sample collection without exception, and all pricing is available prior to service.
Forms of Payment Accepted:
Cash, Check, Visa and MasterCard are accepted as forms of payment.
Our clinic does not actively participate in any insurance programs. At the time of service/payment, you may request a “superbill” which will have all of the necessary coding information for your insurance carrier. You may submit this form to them to attempt reimbursement. If you have questions regarding your coverage, you must direct these questions to your insurance provider as they make the ultimate determination.
