Valerie Vala, LMP

Valerie Vala attended massage school in 1986 and has since continued her education, including extensive training in Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute and Visceral and Structural Energy Work through the Zero Balancing Association. She has studied Infant CST with Carol Gray and Visual Craniosacral Work with the Milne Institute. She is a Master in Reiki and a Doula.
